I have had a few experiences over the 2 years living in my current housing with the Wi-FI crashing. PAVLOV provides internet for my whole apartment complex and I do happen to work here as well. I will say that within the few times that I have had to call customer service for personal use in my apartment or for use within the amenities, they have been extremely helpful and efficient. I have been quickly walked through steps or helped every time within 20 minutes and I love that. The speed and consistency could be better of course no problems at all is ideal but I'd prefer this great customer service and quick help any day because when I do have a problem (which isn't truly often) it is handled without an issue.

Their service was excellent and installation was fast. We've only had them for about a month but in that time we've had no issues despite having a rather long house. I was worried the wifi would struggle to reach out back room, and instead the signal has been great with no service interruptions. They're the best price in the area for the speeds they offer. Highly satisfied customer.

Pavlov Media provides internet service for my entire apartment complex so the price is included in my rent. They are pretty decent, with a separate wifi meant for mobile devices and one labelled 5G for computers and larger devices. Their customer service is great. There was one day their wifi was only working on certain websites for whatever reason and I called in to see if they were aware of the issue, and they were very good about updating me after via phone and email when I let them know I was working from home that day. I have not really had issues outside of that day.
