Summit Broadband Internet Reviews

Summit Broadband is our current internet provider. Our HOA entered into a lengthy contract with Summit and so we do not actually have the option of using a different provider. The cost of internet is included within our HOA fees. This makes Summit OK from a financial standpoint. However, their service is often unreliable. There have been multiple occasions where our internet is out, sometimes for days. While Summit communicates when there is an outage, there is never compensation offered even to those who rely on the internet for work. If I had the option of using a different internet provider, I would definitely look at reviews from customers. I am aware that no company is perfect, however, when providing a service is your job, you should have the people and resources that are needed in order to restore service quickly. This is my main issue with Summit. Thank you.

Its a good price. We get pretty much all the channels we need. The internet is really fast. Sometimes weve have had technical issues in the past. But overall the service has gotten much better. The customer service has changed though since weve had a few blackout days. Theyre no longer as quick. But overall i am happy with the service.

Our neighborhood has a contract with them so we are forced in to using them.

My internet service is built into my hoa fee. During the pandemic the service was unreliable. I lost service for 30 minutes or more almost on a weekly basis. It has been much better for the last one to two years. It has been months since our last significant service outage.
