I had Utopia install the Internet on Friday as I need it to work on Monday. I have heard great things about them so decided to switch. On Saturday the day after installation no Internet!!!! My husband needs the internet for the hospital to read the information for his pacemaker. I called Utopia and they said they are unable to fix it at their end and will have to send someone out on Monday. I will have to take a vacation day off work because I will not be able to work without internet. Also the crew that installed the line, knicked our water line and we had to call about that so they can come back and fix our standing water, they knew before they left that they did it and still buried the hole. I had no idea that the install was this invasive and would tear up our yard. Did I make a huge mistake?

My internet is spectacular and dependable. Over the last couple years I have had 0 outages, which is amazing. The speed is super fast and consistent. And the best thing about it, it's cheaper then the competition and much more reliable.

Utopia is a decent provider. Their installation team were friendly and tried their hardest to accommodate my needs. Utopia's service is good. I do feel it could be a bit faster (could be our modem issue) and bit cheaper.
