For the most part, the service has been reliable although speed can vary throughout the day, depending on how many devices I have running. Other than the nationwide blackout that occurred about a week ago, I am satisfied with Century Link.

The survive overall is consistent but the speed is only fair at 100mbs. The service in prime hours 8:00PM to 11:00PM seems throttle backed from Tuesday to Saturday. Lastly, we have been in auto pay with them for 12 years and we never hear from them at all.
