I had SparkLight before and after I had been for a much better and muscle more affordable alternative, Dobson appeared from out of nowhere and yso, so glad that y'all did, ever since I had gotten SparkLight to the time that I had switched over to Dobson, SparkLight had advertised sold fake low prices and fake deals that weren't so but scams and to much later after getting their Internet installed an with my first bill, began finding out and discovering about their scam full of tactical lies, mind games, deception, manipulations. They were literally overcharging me and at times literally and deliberately doubling their prices and a couple of times when I confronted and called them out about it, they cut their prices and started offering me a better deal for me to stay with them but I decided to give them one more chance but not to long after afterwards, they not secretly broke their deal with me like we never made a deal in the first place but doubled their prices and tried even claim and say that I owe over more than double the amount of their cost for two months, also claim that I signed a 2 years contract with them, which was nothing but a bold face lie and also when confronted them and called them out on their contract scam, they they denied it, but contradicted themselves time and time again with claiming the same thing as before, saying that they pride themselves on having the best deals than anyone with no contract and no hidden fees. thank you to all of y'all at Dobson!

It is a good experience so far. My kids love gaming and havent complained about ping or rubber banding since we switched. We have multiple users and everything is running smoothly. I do wish the cords to the router were longer so we could move it to a better location. The guy that came out was very professional and didnt leave any mess and he was. Very helpful.
