Hawaiian Telcom Fiber
January 07, 2026 We switched from Spectrum to Hawaiian Telcom after our rates were raised by 75% and.
The switch was relatively painless, quick, and significantly cheaper.
The installation was on time and the technician was fast and knowledgeable.
The download speed advertised is what I receive regularly and we have not experienced any outages yet.
We had switched from Hawaiian Telcom in the past because Spectrum had offered a promotional price that was too good to pass up, however the service and equipment left us wanting.
Hawaiian Telcom has not let me down, in the past and now I believe I will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Hawaiian Telcom Fiber
May 16, 2025 The speed and usability is great. However, since Hawaii is a small state our choices are really limited to Hawaiian Telcom and Spectrum, so the prices are a bit of a monopoly. If you want to have internet you have to pay, basically, or else go use the library.
