August 21, 2026 Customer service on the phone is inadequate, prices are very high and outages common. So overall value is poor. I got information that COX is now Spectrum- so I'm keeping the bar very low and I will find the time to replace them.
July 21, 2026 Service is great but outages do occur. Price is 500% of what it should be. Actually more than double the price if there was competition
April 28, 2026 I like the speed and reliability of Cox cable internet. The only issue I have is that the price is too high and you need to pay a lot extra for unlimited data. The current cap is 1.25 TB a month and that really isn't that much these days.
April 25, 2026 My internet provider is directly provided by my apartment complex. We pay a lifestyle fee that includes parking, internet, valet trash, etc. We aren't given an exact cost breakdown for each item we just pay a total fee. It does make me wonder if I'm over paying my apartment for the internet; however, that is my only option. So far I haven't had many issues with the internet so I do say the quality is great.
