I've used this for 9 months and have spent hours trouble shooting terribly slow speeds. When I call for technical help we just go through the same steps again and again and it never helps. Stuck in 36-month contract for something that doesn't work.

Personally, I believe that US Cellular does its job, but it still has a lot to improve overall. For example, the speed is very lackluster and there are certain times even when I am connected to the Wi-Fi that everything freezes and I am unable to access certain apps on my phone. Another minuscule issue that is worth bringing up is that oftentimes I'll be in certain areas off of Wi-Fi and I won't get any service whatsoever, whereas other people around me with different internet providers will have perfect service and bars no matter where they go. I don't mind US Cellular, as it is affordable and me and my family have used it for years on end, but I think there is much room for improvement altogether.
