USInternet misled our condo association. They started by giving the entire building "free" installation with the "option" of singing up for their services. Then, once they were in, they convinced the board to FORCE their services upon all of us. Therefore, I have to use them (a monopoly in our building now). To make matters worse, they destroyed the dry wall in my unit when they installed the fiber jack. I have contacted USInternet many times to simply inquire about the possibility of repairing my drywall. They decline to even respond every time. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

They've been super solid. Speed and reliability have been great. I don't believe I've had more than an outage of less than 30 minutes in the 2 years or so that the service has been live in my place. Their pricing has been solid for the 1Gig speed, though I wouldn't argue with a speed bump to the 2.5Gig level at the same price. With Comcast offering such, it may be time for them to consider bumping their speeds. It'd also be nice if their citywide WiFi was included for fiber customers. But all-around, it's been great.

I've used this for 9 months and have spent hours trouble shooting terribly slow speeds. When I call for technical help we just go through the same steps again and again and it never helps. Stuck in 36-month contract for something that doesn't work.
