Devices and service work spotty AT BEST. The transponder (outdoor part that transmits signal from satellite in center of dish) is NOT weather resistant (although it’s got outside!?) and will go out often. The modem indoors is outdated and also often goes out. We pay about $150 a month for 60gigs, let me say this: NOT WORTH IT! I’d rather not have internet than use this company. Viastat has MINIMAL technicians that work for them in my area and when I have called for customer service, it’s a long wait and they will want to change your mind about what service you want or if you’d like to change it or cancel it. THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, which shows and will likely be out of business in no time in Florida. DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS! My WiFi hotspot works better!! DISGUSTED.
