January 31, 2025 I’ve been a customer of Medicomm for some time, and I am beyond disappointed with their service. Despite paying for their highest-tier package, the internet speeds are consistently far below what was promised. Streaming, gaming, or even basic browsing often become a frustrating experience due to the sluggish speeds.
To make matters worse, the internet goes out frequently—far more than what I’d consider acceptable for a service I’m paying premium rates for. These outages are inconvenient, disruptive, and happen without warning.
Customer support has been no help either. While polite, they seem more focused on offering generic troubleshooting tips rather than addressing the root cause of these issues. Promises of improvements or technician visits have done little to resolve the problems.
When you’re paying top dollar for internet service, you expect reliability and performance, but Medicomm has failed to deliver on both counts. If you’re considering their service, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

September 24, 2026 Since this is not published for the area of Effingham, since the beginning of September service on screen of our T.V. has been the upmost intolerant, we are unable to watch or hear any shows we are trying to watch. We are tired of calling them, we just expect great service that we are paying a premium for their services.

September 24, 2026 I DVR most of my future time and I have to say in the last few weeks September 13 to present 23 this has been upmost terrible !!!!!!!!!!! There are very few shows I can watch without a blurred screen and audio is at most non identify. Why do we pay for things in society that we don’t get great service ?? The crazy of all this I can watch most of what I want from other outlets without the hassle , why. Wake up if you want to keep me as a customer !!!!!! It seems many companies are taking advantage of the hard working people that just want a simple pastime.
