January 21, 2026 The speed of the internet is good but I wish the price was a little lower. There is also no data cap which I love. My old provider (Comcast) had a data cap which was horrible. The equipment Verizon provided me is also pretty good.

January 05, 2026 I love how many devices I can put on my router. It can handle up to 64 devices without losing its speed. The price is not bad but its not locked in so it did just go up. However, it stretches far distance wise and covers an entire 3 story house including the basement without issue. It is great for streaming videos like netflix, using computers and even handles gaming pretty well. However, it too many people are trying to game at the same time, it does slow down. Overall for the price though, it's much better than most providers.

December 29, 2025 My internet provider is too expensive and the rates keep rising without a lot of explanation. I've experienced a lot of of weather-related problems (every time it rained, the internet. would go out). When I moved apartments, I also was required to get a land line and a separate internet account and I wasn't able to bundle them. I wish my city had fiberoptic.

XFINITY Cable
December 26, 2025 While their services are generally reliable in terms of speed and uptime, customer support can be inconsistent—sometimes helpful, other times difficult to reach or slow to resolve issues. Pricing transparency is another challenge; promotional rates may increase without clear communication, and it can be hard to understand the full cost of service with added fees and equipment charges. In my area, however, Xfinity is the only available internet provider, leaving me with no alternative options despite these limitations. This lack of competition means I have to rely solely on their offerings, even if they don't fully meet my expectations for service quality or pricing clarity. It’s a frustrating situation where I’m essentially locked into a provider—not by choice, but by necessity.
