While speeds are ok, they lure you in with the promise of low rates, and jack up the price over time. Getting to actual customer service is difficult. I have lost access to my email multiple times, the last time was for over a week. This is unacceptable. It was nothing I did, but something they did in their backend. No notification, just loss of email access. Have a ticket, but I'll be lucky if they call back within 24 hours. Last time, I had to hound them multiple times, including getting in contact with the state PUC to find someone higher up to speak with. Losing access to your bills and attorney's is not cool. Cannot recommend them and their lackadaisical attitude towards service.

it's NOT 1 gig, actually more like .5G. About the same as Xfinity's 500MbPs at the same price without the streaming privileges.

We have been trying to cancel this provided for several months. The sent us the box to return our equipment pass the 30 days required for us to send the equipment back. We are still being charged for the service. We have called several time and continuously being charged. We are seniors in our 70's on a fixed income and would appreciate a company to honest and helpful. We feel as if they are cheaters.

They did do a wonderful job making sure that some damage during installation was covered when I had to get it fixed (accidentally drilled a hole through my power cable coming from the street). The technician was very professional and apologetic, and also personable to talk to. He didn't get defensive or try to wave it away; he knew it was severe damage and immediately got in touch with his boss. The process was relatively easy, I had the electrician who came later call them for the invoice. That alone is excellent customer service, and I can forgive a lot of other minor nonsense if they can be that honest with me. The only snag I've had since then is their app is a bit of a pain to use sometimes, having difficulty connecting to my network with it.
