I had i3 Broadband installed 1/8/26. Installation went as expected with installer friendly and efficient. I had an issue with the fiber, I called service and 3 hours later a friendly, efficient technician was at my door and fixed the issue. That service reaffirms why I chose i3 Broadband for my fiber provider. There are some reviews that are not so positive about service but that has not been my experience.

I3 broadband is the best ISP I have had the opportunity to work with. On multiple occasions we cut the fiber line running to my home and each time they showed up within a day and fixed the issue. They even brought specialized equipment to run the fiber line under my drive way, put grass seed down in the area damaged by their gear, and proceeded to NOT charge me anything for it. I can not boast enough about this ISP, any time there is an outage they are very responsive and quick to work on correcting the issue.

Customer support is hard to contact. Tried 4 times to email them.regarding a billing question and connection problem and I never got a reply.

At the beginning of our service with i3; I was very happy with the speed, connection, and price. I upgraded my service a few months ago and I regret it. I pay more and the connection drops quite often. I will be calling them to change the service back to my original plan. The upgrade isn't worth the price increase if the connection is constantly dropping.
