Horrible service, and it goes down a lot, unlike the price keeps going up. The people you deal with are more like trying to sell you crap or tack on costs

I like Verizon. They have decent quality speeds, but my gripe is with the signal, being unreliable, even in a big city. It is the 4G/5G, and randomly drops multiple times a day. Not only does it get frustrating, it affects how much money I make, since my work requires the internet. Also, the price is a little steep, but at this point I believe all internet services are too expensive.

While my service is consistent, it is pricey, finding less expensive options is difficult. It is hard to compare the mismatch options and what we need. I am close to going all streaming. Bundle service is difficult as no one group manages as they have different departments. Like I considered trying to do Verizon, but not sure about the bundle and verizon is spotty- so we have our pricey plan 27- (voice, cable and internet).
