Horrible service, and it goes down a lot, unlike the price keeps going up. The people you deal with are more like trying to sell you crap or tack on costs

I like Verizon as my internet provider because the price is reasonable, especially when bundled with my other services. While I occasionally worry about weak signals affecting both my phone and Wi-Fi when streaming, the overall performance has been reliable. I was eager to leave my previous provider after 20 years of poor customer service. So far, I’ve had no issues with Verizon’s customer support.

I am very satisfied with my Internet provider. I am on food stamps and they give you a very good plan for free. They are very helpful with everything and I believe the only Internet provider that does give wifi for free for people with low or no income.
