September 06, 2026 Slow AF there is not a whole lot of options out on the west side of the county without a satilite ISP
August 11, 2026 Service is fine. However I was promised enrollment in a plan which bundled wireless and internet and would substantially drop my rate. That was Dec 26 and I'm still waiting for them to honor their price -July. Spent many hours on phone trying to receive the discounts I was promised. one month wireless goes up and internet goes down. next month internet jumps up and wireless goes to where it should be. Don't trust them...
June 19, 2026 STAY AWAY!! Connection drops like its going out of style. Pricing and bill is completely volatile -ever changing.
April 14, 2026 My service is fast and reliable. The provider reaches out proactively if there is an outage and provides estimates on restoration. They have always restored service long before the estimated time.
April 13, 2026 We just switched from Spectrum to AT&T fiber about 10 days ago. I normally don't engage with door-to-door salespersons; but, my 2-year promotional rate with Spectrum expired 2 months ago, my rate increased by $20/month, Spectrum wouldn't "play ball" and renegotiate a lower rate - and, my Spectrum internet just went out 10 minutes before the AT&T rep showed up at my door. So, I decided to give AT&T a try - even though their rate for the same speed was $10/month higher than my new Spectrum rate. So far, our neighborhood did have 1 AT&T outage last week, which lasted about 5.5 hours at our house. I wasn't too thrilled with the outage reporting process in their much-touted iPhone app, so I'm hoping the reliability of my new service is at least on-par with Spectrum (and that's a pretty low bar). AT&T did send me an email after the outage, advising that they gave me a credit of $2.50 toward my next payment - and, I didn't even need to reach out or beg for it. The speed seems more consistent than with Spectrum, and the router they provided does seem to have the same or slightly better WiFi coverage than the one I bought myself when I first went with Spectrum. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic about making the change - but, I may decide to downgrade from 500 to 300 speed in a couple of months, to see if we can get by with that.
