Price keeps going up, for the same service. Terrible internet service: 6 outages in the past month (Sept-Oct 2026) Very unreliable. If you have a problem: Customer Service is an AI bot.

Service is fine. However I was promised enrollment in a plan which bundled wireless and internet and would substantially drop my rate. That was Dec 26 and I'm still waiting for them to honor their price -July. Spent many hours on phone trying to receive the discounts I was promised. one month wireless goes up and internet goes down. next month internet jumps up and wireless goes to where it should be. Don't trust them...
