I was overcharged for several months. I had a $49.95 3 yr plan, but I was overcharged and TDS promised to credit me for the overcharges but they never did. I spent hours on the phone with them! I cancelled and then found out that they DO NOT prorate for partial months service. CANNOT RECOMMEND! go with Quantum fiber!

My internet service is good, but only if you buy your own router not rent theirs. My problem is I know nothing about routers and don't know what to buy and the refuse to help. So instead I am stuck with their router and it is horrible. I do have price for life so my price doesn't go up after the intro pricing which is a huge complaint.

Customer service is horrible there bills change monthly. You call customer service to take care of the issues and then you get a bill that’s higher than quoted. Personally would not recommend any TDS services unless you want to call them every month to argue your bill. And make sure you talk to customer specialist before you cancel or they add more on bill.
