20 year customer with good service. A storm knocked out service to entire Detroit region for 3 days. Still out but they say there are no outages reported. 15 neighbors on Facebook say otherwise. Customer service will setup a tech in a few days. It is illogical to say the problem is in our homes and NOT get this looked at now. Time to research new provider.

WOW is a solidly priced internet provider, but the service is a bit lacking. The actual install was completely fine and there were no issues there. I notice a lot more disconnects than any other service I have had, but I deal with it because the price point is much better. The current speed that I have is sufficient (300 MBPS) but it generally seems slower on a daily basis. If the price wasn't so low, I'd likely be with a different provider.
