Streaming tv is great and security cameras are great but having issues with gaming (Lots of lag)

Sadly, Brightspeed is the only internet our area can get at the moment. The wifi is very slow and dips out, on average, about 6 times per day. Their website is in need of an upgrade as it will randomly log you out while you are trying to pay your bill. We pay for the highest speed they offer, yet we are lucky to get half of that. As soon as another option is available, we will be taking it.

I have been with Brightspeed for close to 10 years. There aren’t a lot of choices for internet where I live. I am satisfied with the price and the service. Of course there have been a few outages over the years but not many and not for long. I have no plans to switch carriers in the near future.
