Customer service sucks, FOUR months waiting to get service restored, jerked around every single time. It is horrible, every person gives you a different story.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Frontier Fiber. Despite calling in advance and carefully explaining my situation, my internet service was disconnected roughly two weeks earlier than expected. I had already paid for that period, so I feel I was charged for service that I never received. The premature disconnection left me without internet at a time when I was relying on it for my business, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. I expected professionalism and basic customer care, and unfortunately Frontier failed on both counts. Based on this experience, I would avoid Frontier Fiber.

Frontier has been very good and the speed is very fast. We had a connection problem at first but they came out and got everything working very quickly. Over all I am very happy with Frontier internet.

I enjoy the current internet provider I use. I live in the countryside, which is known for having poor cell and internet service. I have never had an issue with the current provider I use. They have fast speeds & are reliable. That’s all I can ask for from an internet company
